Pandian works as a laborer in Muthuvel-Sakthivel brother’s Grocery Shop. He falls in love with their only sister Gomathi and they both elope and get married with the help of some friendly folks. Their children include Kuzhali, Saravanan, Senthilnathan, Kathiravan, and Arasi. Pandian and Muthuvel-Sakthivel hold grudges against each other due to past conflicts with each other. Pandian runs his supermarket named “Pandian Stores” and wants to be successful in everything. He expects his children to never disobey his words. Gomathi’s youngest brother Pazhanivel stays with them as he loves his sister’s family. Pandian builds a house in front of Muthuvel-Sakthivel house which irritates them.
